History 

Regarding career development, the Alliance Cultural Foundation encourages young people to explore, align their expertise with industry needs, and adopt a positive and proactive work attitude. This program is conducted in collaboration with IBM, a long-term supporter of the foundation.

Mission 

"Think Big and Think Differently": This initiative assists young volunteers in broadening their horizons, developing professional work ethics and skills, and staying aligned with current trends.

Criteria 

When qualifications are similar, preference will be given to individuals nearing graduation or newcomers to the professional world.

Candidates should be proactive, have a strong desire to learn, and be bold in sharing their ideas. They should be driven by the desire to achieve breakthroughs, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about leveraging technology. Strong emphasis is placed on the value of teamwork and the appreciation of opportunities to learn.
