History

Recognizing managers as the most critical asset of any organization, The Alliance Cultural Foundation extended invitations to long-term collaborator foundations, including  Lovely Taiwan Foundation,  AAEON Foundation,  Cheng Zhi Education Foundation, and Ripplemaker Foundation, to co-host the NPO Talent Training Program 2013. This initiative was specifically designed to enhance the leadership, planning, and execution skills of mid- and senior-level managers at NPOs. Comprising nine empowering sessions, the program started with developing successful habits, progressed to understanding the organizational development of NPOs, and focused on project planning. It explored various aspects of work execution and included case study shares from each foundation to foster project discussions, thereby boosting project managers' organizational and integration skills. Additionally, the course aimed to provide an opportunity for mutual exchange, learning, and growth among the partner foundations.

Mission

  1. Help managers of partner foundations understand the mission and work ethics of NPOs.
  2. Assist work partners in developing a positive work attitude and skills.
  3. Through project discussions, find more creative and innovative solutions.

Participant 

Invitations are extended to mid- and senior-level managers from partner foundations and leaders from rural tutoring units. Each session is limited to 30 participants, with a policy that each foundation can send up to 4 representatives. Registration is conducted online.
