
Since 2019, the Alliance Cultural Foundation has been connecting participants from the annual 'Hawaii Polynesian Cultural Center / Brigham Young University Asia Managers Training Program (AEMP)' and the 'Hawaiian Culture Sustainability Educational Tour,' forming the 'Hualien-Taitung Cultural Sustainability Co-Learning Group.' They gather semi-annually for shared learning sessions.

2021: The Impact of the Pandemic on Tribal Industries and Education; Visits to the Hunter School in the Nanhuai Area, Pikak Fermented Culture Kitchen, and Sinapayan Youth Workstation.
2020: Continuing the discussion from the previous "Total Solution," focusing on the possibilities of "co-learning" from the perspectives of "Youth Employment," "Future Education," and "Elderly Care" Visits to Laboratory Experimental in Shuangbin Area and French Restaurant Sinasera 24.
2019: Reflecting on the direction of tribal tourism development based on shared experiences from the Hawaii Cultural Tourism Sustainability Educational Tour; sharing the transformation process of the Not Old Tribe's "Five Lives (Ecology/Living/Production/Vitality/Survival)"; Chairman Yen shares the Total Solution for Taitung's path towards sustainability - Youth Employment/Future Education/Elderly Care.
