History: In response to the significant damage caused by Typhoon Nepartak, which severely affected the working spaces of local cultural and historical workers and artistic creators in Taitung, reconstruction assistance was provided to ensure that their artistic endeavors would not be interrupted by the disaster. This initiative aimed to sustain the artistic vitality and cultural richness of the Taitung region.

Execution Date: July 2016 - December 2016

Eligibility: Local cultural and historical workers in Taitung: Individuals engaged in community care, humanistic exploration, cultural heritage preservation and research, community development, indigenous cultural work, and local cultural arts, among other related activities. Local artists in Taitung: Professionals involved in architecture, dance, theater, film, video and animation, literature, music and opera, visual arts, and new media arts.
